Yes. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time from your account's subscription or billing page. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again unless you reactivate or upgrade in the future.

To create an account:

1. Go to the LinguaPal.ai website and click Log in / Sign up.
2. Enter your email address and create a secure password, or sign in with a supported provider if available.
3. Verify your email if prompted, then choose your language, level, and goals to start speaking with your AI tutor.

If you cannot find our email:

• Wait a few minutes and try again — some email providers can be slow
• If you still don't see it, use a different email address or contact support

On the sign-in page, click "Forgot password" and enter the email address you used to register. You will receive a verification code or reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password and then log in again.

The LinguaPal AI Language Certificate is an AI-generated document that summarizes your current language level (A1–C2), study hours, conversation history, and vocabulary growth. It includes a unique ID and QR code that lets anyone view your certificate details online. As you keep learning, your certificate can update in real time to reflect your latest results. For learning and self-assessment only. Not an accredited or government-issued certificate.

Certificates are available to eligible paid members according to the rules on the pricing page (for example, Annual or Lifetime Premium). You may need to complete a minimum amount of practice time and baseline assessment before the system can generate a reliable certificate for you.

Yes. Once your certificate is generated, you can:

• Download it as a PDF or image
• Share the public viewing link or QR code with schools, employers, or clients
• Add the certificate or skills to your CV, portfolio, or LinkedIn profile as proof of your English level and practice history

LinguaPal uses AI to evaluate your speaking, listening, reading, and writing across multiple tasks and scenarios. The system looks at vocabulary range, grammar accuracy, pronunciation clarity, response speed, and ability to handle different contexts. Based on your performance over time, it estimates your level (A1–C2) using international language standards.

LinguaPal is built for global learners and can be used in classrooms or at home. For younger learners, we recommend enabling any Safe / Teen Mode settings provided in your profile and using only age-appropriate scenarios selected by the teacher or parent. Adult-themed topics and role-plays can be hidden so that conversations remain educational and suitable for teens.

We take privacy seriously. LinguaPal stores your account data and learning records securely, and we do not sell your personal learning history. Conversation data may be used to improve AI models and product quality in an aggregated and anonymized way, as described in our Privacy Policy. You should avoid sharing highly sensitive personal information during chats with the AI tutor.

If LinguaPal stops responding or the page does not load:

1. Confirm that your internet connection is stable.
2. Refresh the page or close and reopen your browser.
3. Try using a modern browser such as Chrome, Edge, or Safari.
4. Disable VPNs or browser extensions that may block WebSocket connections or cookies.
5. Check our status or social channels if you suspect a global outage.
